To attend a testing even you must print and sign the release waiver form and bring it with you on the day of the test. This applies to everyone; handlers, volunteers and spectators. If you bring a minor you will need to sign the form for them.

The application period begins January 16, 2024, We will work to get everyone in, however the test will likely fill up, so apply early for the best chance of securing a spot. Your understanding and patience with this process will help us all work together to provide options to help everyone.

If a spot is available, you will receive a confirmation email within 3 days. You will have 3 days to submit payment (instructions will be sent with confirmation email).

If a spot is not available you will receive an email that you have been placed on the waiting list. You do not need to pay unless you receive confirmation that you have a spot.
As soon as the test is filled, you will receive an email indicating which day you will run.
Refunds will be given for cancellations up to February 28th . After that, no refunds will be issued except in cases of extreme extenuating circumstances.
You are not on the official roster until completing the above AND receiving a confirmation from the test secretary.
Eligibility
All dogs entered in NAVHDA tests must be NAVHDA registered. Forms and information can be found at www.navhda.org. Dogs are eligible for a scored Natural Ability thru 16 months of age. Handler must be a member of NAVHDA International.
